TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) (API): Building scalable, reliable, and performant systems that cater to the needs of ecosystem developers who build apps on hirify.global and users who use these apps with an accent on providing key extensibilities within hirify.global. Focus on understanding product requirements and building ecosystem capabilities that allow developers to build the next generation of apps.

Location: Must be based out of San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Bangalore, Hyderabad, London, and New York, and are expected to come into the office 3-days a week.

Salary: $200,000 to $240,000, plus a competitive equity package.

What you will do

• Build scalable, reliable, and performant systems for ecosystem developers and users.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and build ecosystem capabilities.
• Create and review technical specs and provide feedback to developers.
• Be responsible for features end to end, from development to deployments, and ensure a high-quality bar is maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
• 8+ years of experience building backend or full stack services.
• Experience working on Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, or similar technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience building scalable distributed systems.
• Keen focus on quality and velocity.
