What you will do

• Lead technical sales for hirify.global's solution portfolio to ensure maximal business value.
• Design fit-for-purpose solutions and develop adoption roadmaps for customers.
• Act as a technical customer advocate, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Help customers achieve technical wins against competitors.
• Travel to customer offices, conferences, and for talks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• Business Fluency in German is required.
• Strong understanding of how the internet works (TCP/UDP, authoritative/recursive DNS, firewalls, TLS, HTTP).
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize competing demands.
• Understanding of customer buying decisions and ROI.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a pre-sales SE or consulting role.
• Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Bash).
• Experience building or contributing to web applications.
• Knowledge of web security vulnerabilities (CSRF, XSS, SQLi) and hirify.global's defense.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2).
• Exposure to emerging trends like SASE and Zero Trust.
