What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy predictive and generative AI systems for marketplace and fintech use cases.
• Own AI/ML use cases end-to-end, covering problem framing, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.
• Integrate ML and GenAI components into scalable product systems.
• Translate business and product goals into robust, data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and improve model performance and reliability in production environments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship measurable AI features.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience building and deploying ML systems in production.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience deploying models via APIs and using cloud infrastructure like AWS.
• Solid understanding of ML methods, evaluation, and MLOps practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
