What you will do

• Partner with business and People leadership to develop and implement people strategies, policies, and workforce plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor for line managers on all people-related topics.
• Drive performance management processes and metrics.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and investigations.
• Ensure accuracy of HR data, reporting, and people analytics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues in global companies.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including talent acquisition, compensation practices, organisational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
• Solid understanding of HR analytics, people metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong consulting, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• English: Advanced (written and spoken)
