What you will do
- Partner with business and People leadership to develop and implement people strategies, policies, and workforce plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor for line managers on all people-related topics.
- Drive performance management processes and metrics.
- Manage complex employee relations cases and investigations.
- Ensure accuracy of HR data, reporting, and people analytics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues in global companies.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including talent acquisition, compensation practices, organisational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
- Solid understanding of HR analytics, people metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong consulting, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- English: Advanced (written and spoken)
