TL;DR

HR Business Partner: Serving as the main point of contact for Go-To-Market teams, supporting managers and employees on various people-related topics with an accent on team organization, performance conversations, learning needs, and employee development. Focus on ensuring a positive employee experience through the entire lifecycle and using data to drive better people decisions.

Location: Hybrid work model with a minimum presence of 1 day a week from offices in Barcelona.

What you will do

• Act as the People Partner for team leaders and managers, supporting day-to-day topics.
• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.
• Support performance reviews, promotions, and internal movements in collaboration with a Senior HRBP.
• Be the first point of contact for employees, resolving HR-related questions and guiding them through processes and policies.
• Use people data and dashboards to analyze trends and provide insights to managers.
• Participate in People Experience initiatives and projects with the support of a Senior HRBP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Psychology or similar.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR with exposure to Business Partnering or Generalist responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, talent development, wellbeing programs, and terminations.
• Business curiosity, with interest in understanding how HR supports GTM teams.
• Data-oriented mindset, comfortable reading dashboards, analyzing information and turning insights into actions.
• Fluent Spanish, with experience in Spanish labor law; English is needed to work in an international environment.
