TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SDR): Identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities with a dedicated focus on Spain and Italy. Focus on prospecting in a new region and tailoring conversations to local business needs.

Location: Hybrid work in London.

What you will do

  • Develop and own hirify.global’s Spain and Italy prospecting motions.
  • Proactively engage prospects to generate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through emails, phone calls, and social selling.
  • Research and identify high-potential companies across Spain and Italy using regional tools, insights, and networks.
  • Partner with Account Executives to set up qualified meetings and support progression of Spanish and Italian opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to localize campaigns and messaging for Spanish and Italian audiences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal), with the ability to conduct professional business conversations in both languages.
  • Prior experience in or knowledge of selling into the Spanish market.
  • Possession of a growth mindset, hunter mentality, and a positive attitude with a keen interest in learning and building a sales career.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • High energy, self-starter mentality—you’re not afraid of the phone and enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to think analytically and creatively to solve problems.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Italian.
  • Experience selling into the Italian market.
