💫Lead Generation Specialist 🌏Location: European countries 📚About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support our outbound sales efforts and help generate a steady flow of qualified opportunities. You’ll focus on identifying potential clients, starting meaningful conversations, and qualifying interest through structured outreach and intro calls.
Working closely with senior sales leaders, you’ll learn how deals are built from the first touchpoint to handoff and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills develop. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in B2B IT sales and grow into a full-cycle sales or business development role over time.
This position combines hands-on execution with continuous learning: improving outreach quality, testing messaging and channels, mastering sales tools, and directly impacting pipeline growth across the US, EU, and other markets.
📕Key Responsibilities
● Design, launch, and iterate outbound campaigns aimed at creating qualified sales opportunities.
● Run initial discovery conversations independently: introduce the company, assess fit, uncover early requirements, and pass validated leads to senior sales colleagues.
● Continuously experiment with messaging, value propositions, target segments,
channels, and call-to-action formats.
● Identify and activate new lead generation sources beyond standard LinkedIn and email workflows.
● Apply AI-powered tools to enhance personalization, enrich prospect data, and scale outreach without losing relevance.
● Keep the sales pipeline well-structured and transparent by maintaining accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
📒Requirements
● 2+ years of practical experience in B2B lead generation for custom software
development services.
● Confident English communication skills (C1 or higher), both written and verbal, enabling you to comfortably lead intro calls with international prospects.
● A strategic and creative mindset with the ability to produce tailored, meaningful outreach instead of copy-paste templates.● Hands-on experience working with European, US and other markets, with an understanding of their communication styles and business expectations.
● Practical experience leveraging AI tools for outreach personalization, automation, and lead enrichment.
● High level of initiative, curiosity, and adaptability, with a strong drive to explore new tools, channels, and sales techniques
