What you will do
- Conduct company research based on the Ideal Customer Profile & outreach prospects with a custom and data-based approach.
- Utilize automation tools, cold calls, and custom emails to enrich the sales pipeline with new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop outreach strategies and generate opportunities to hit personal & team targets.
- Conduct discovery/qualification calls with Enterprise companies to spot potential customer needs/interests.
- Collect and update all prospect/company statuses into CRM (Hubspot) to track sales metrics and progress.
- Actively participate in education sessions and training, sharing expertise and best practices.
Requirements
- 0,5-1 year of experience in a BDR or quota-carrying Sales role.
- Experience with outbound lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, LinkedIn messaging, etc.).
- Experience with prospecting tools & CRM.
- Experience in conducting calls with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
