Location: Remote in Europe Time Zones, Eastern Europe, Spain, Serbia

What you will do

  • Conduct company research based on the Ideal Customer Profile & outreach prospects with a custom and data-based approach.
  • Utilize automation tools, cold calls, and custom emails to enrich the sales pipeline with new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop outreach strategies and generate opportunities to hit personal & team targets.
  • Conduct discovery/qualification calls with Enterprise companies to spot potential customer needs/interests.
  • Collect and update all prospect/company statuses into CRM (Hubspot) to track sales metrics and progress.
  • Actively participate in education sessions and training, sharing expertise and best practices.

Requirements

  • 0,5-1 year of experience in a BDR or quota-carrying Sales role.
  • Experience with outbound lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, LinkedIn messaging, etc.).
  • Experience with prospecting tools & CRM.
  • Experience in conducting calls with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
