Lead Software Engineer - Python (AI)

Location: Kosice, Slovakia

Salary: €4,600+ gross per month; base minimum pay of €52,824 per year

What you will do

• Develop and deploy generative AI solutions using Python and object-oriented programming.
• Build FastAPI services and AI pipelines on AWS using CloudFormation and Apache Airflow.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Use LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Crew.ai, large language models, and prompt engineering.
• Refactor analytics solutions for scalable and efficient production deployment.
• Lead engineers, provide mentorship, monitor projects, and act as project lead for complex, highly visible initiatives.

Requirements

• Software development experience and solid knowledge of object-oriented programming.
• Experience designing and developing applications in Python and/or Go.
• Experience with Python libraries such as FastAPI, LangGraph, and LangChain.
• Experience with Git version control on medium to large teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience deploying software with GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Experience with AWS components including SageMaker Studio, Lambda, API Gateway, and RDS.
