What you will do
- Identify the right problems to solve, focusing on meaningful outcomes and using experience to make high-impact trade-offs for customers.
- Engage with future and existing customers to gather feedback, better understanding problems to solve for them.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features from initial design and planning through implementation, testing, and delivery.
- Iterate at speed using expertise, relying on strong instincts to pragmatically drive the right outcomes while balancing speed and depth.
- Set a high bar for collaboration, communication, and sound decision-making through well-written proposals, documentation, clear commit messages, and thorough testing.
Requirements
- Building production-ready applications in programming languages such as Go, Python, Ruby on Rails, or React.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team of high-performing engineers to solve challenging problems and providing actionable feedback to level up those around you.
- Strong customer-focused and product-minded approach to building software, supported by interacting with customers to understand their needs and prioritize outcomes and impact.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, adept at navigating product challenges, and actively inputting into shaping product vision.
- Ability to strategically balance resilience, testing, and documentation with making quick trade-offs to ship products that prioritize impact or implementation.
- Must be happy to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
- Must require visa sponsorship to work in the United Kingdom.
