What you will do

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating teams for content and quality-of-life updates across multiple platforms.
• Ensure all required checks and approvals for releases are completed and communicate exceptions.
• Maintain accurate release records and update internal documentation on publishing procedures.
• Support the external submission and certification process for self-published titles.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, and Production for release content planning and risk tracking.
• Work with QA to triage issues, maintain priority lists, and support planning of hotfixes, patches, and content releases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience, ideally in a publishing or production role in the video games industry, assisting with at least one shipped, multi-platform title.
• Experience with certification and related compliance requirements for Console and PC.
• Understanding of game development pipelines and/or live game operations.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage competing tasks.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience working on a shipped or live-service game.
• Familiarity with release management tools, Excel, bug trackers, and project management software.
• Strong knowledge of platform holders’ requirements (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Steam, etc.).
