What you will do

• Deliver workstreams in Data & AI Strategy, Data Literacy, Data Governance, and Data Quality for leading and international clients.
• Support the identification, design, and proof-of-value of GenAI and agentic AI use cases, helping clients move from pilot to impactful scale.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Intelligent Automation solutions, enabling clients to optimize processes and unlock new business value.
• Prioritizing data & AI vision needs based on the relative effort and estimated ROI.
• Assess Company vision through ethics and sustainability approach.
• Design and build data driven solutions for data quality, governance, and AI readiness, ensuring robust foundations for advanced analytics and automation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in data & analytics, management consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and passion for using data; able to bridge business and technology.
• Experience with data management, data governance, data quality, analytics, AI concepts, and ideally experience working with data and advanced analytics to support data-driven business decisions.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to build networks within the team and with clients.
• Master's degree preferably in Economics, Business, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science.
• Entrepreneurial agile mindset to assist the journey of building innovative data & AI strategy projects.

Nice to have

• DAMA CDMP certification preferred
• Useful to have practical experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
