What you will do
- Own US media relations by developing and executing hirify.global's US media strategy.
- Drive executive visibility and events by identifying and executing strategic speaking opportunities that build hirify.global's credibility with US audiences.
- Develop and support executive spokespeople by preparing executives for US media opportunities and speaking engagements.
- Support employer brand and contribute to external communications that reinforce hirify.global as a destination for world-class talent.
- Shape hirify.global's communications foundations as an early member of the comms team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and executing external communications at fast-growing technology companies (B2B or B2C SaaS preferred).
- Strong relationships with US tech, business, and trade media.
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of executive speaking opportunities.
- Track record of advising and coaching spokespeople for media interviews, speaking engagements, and high-profile public moments.
- Understanding of how external communications drives talent attraction.
- Extreme ownership with keen attention to detail.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed in fast-moving environments.
