What you will do
- Learn and adopt best practices like TDD, pair programming, and design patterns for clean, reusable code.
- Drive continuous delivery practices to release high-quality software and value to customers.
- Strategically integrate and utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and quality in software delivery.
- Build innovative customer experiences and create large-scale distributed microservices systems.
- Collaborate with teammates on features, design concepts, and prototypes, ensuring best practices and UX.
- Mentor less-experienced peers through technical knowledge and leadership skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Java and object-oriented programming.
- Skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code.
- Open and thoughtful mindset toward AI, proactively integrating AI-assisted tools.
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies (XP, Scrum, Kanban).
- Good awareness of TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
- Must be Singaporean citizens or already hold Singaporean Permanent Residency (PR).
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
