What you will do

• Own end-to-end release testing cycles.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve test failures.
• Collaborate with Development, Automation, and Ops teams.
• Identify recurring issues and lead long-term stabilization efforts.
• Improve tools, processes, and standards for release quality.
• Maintain visibility with clear status updates, trends, and KPIs.

Requirements

• Strong technical background (QA, Automation, Software, Systems, or Support Engineering).
• Hands-on experience with E2E testing in complex systems.
• Ability to perform basic debugging and root cause analysis.
• Experience in SaaS / Cloud environments required.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Strong communication skills and an ownership-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in Technical Support, Escalation Management, Production Operations, or Incident Management.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
