What you will do

• Define and document DevSecOps governance, including policies, principles, and security intent.
• Design security standards for software development, CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and container platforms.
• Align InfoSec, IT, and business teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and audit-readiness.
• Lead the creation of high-quality structured documentation and handover materials.
• Conduct training sessions to upskill the internal Information Security team on DevSecOps concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevSecOps or security expert.
• Strong background in cloud, application security, and automated delivery pipelines.
• Experience defining security policies within regulated or large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, CIS, and CSA.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills for effective knowledge transfer.
