Release Engineer

What you will do

• Understand hirify.global products and software stack to own end-to-end release processes.
• Automate releases, create/maintain CI/CD pipelines, and define deployment triggers.
• Leverage AI to identify gaps, accelerate deployments, and improve workflows.
• Coordinate with QA on test environments, staging, and automated testing.
• Track release issues/risks, mitigate patterns, document processes, and produce release notes.
• Contribute to software development process improvements and comply with change control frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing releases with expertise in deployment practices
• Problem-solving mindset, scripting experience (Python/JavaScript)
• Strong Git knowledge (branching, tagging, merging)
• Build systems (Maven, Gradle) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• AI tools utilization, cloud storage concepts, JIRA familiarity
• Agile/Scrum, SDLC processes, good communication skills
