Game Market Analyst (Roblox): Identifying unique Roblox game opportunities by analyzing player trends, competitor titles, and viral content across platforms like Roblox and TikTok with an accent on concept validation through A/B testing and player engagement. Focus on generating data-driven insights and collaborating with Game Designers to influence the release roadmap.

Location: Remote (Global) or from one of hirify.global' offices (e.g., in Da Nang, Vietnam).

What you will do

Monitor Roblox, TikTok, and broader gaming markets to spot emerging trends and viral gameplay patterns.
Generate and evaluate unique Roblox game concepts that align with market opportunities and player demand.
Run A/B tests and pilot projects on Roblox to validate ideas and measure early player engagement.
Analyze test performance, KPIs, and player feedback to recommend which ideas move forward to production.
Work closely with Game Designers to ensure new concepts are translated into successful, market-ready titles.
Deliver clear, actionable reports on trends, test results, and recommendations for studio leadership.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Market Researcher, or similar role in the gaming industry (2+ years).
Strong knowledge of the Roblox ecosystem and player behavior.
Experience with trend tracking across social platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Discord communities).
Hands-on skills in A/B testing and analyzing player funnels/KPIs.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
