What you will do
- Design high-impact transversal experiences (navigation, settings, billing, admin interfaces) for all products, primarily within the Platform team.
- Share deep Design System knowledge and expertise with the team through mentoring, reviews, and hands-on contributions (documentation, components, micro-interactions).
- Collaborate and mentor a Confirmed designer on the AI-native ATS, providing pair-design on complex features and strategic guidance.
- Actively participate in the design community through bi-monthly design chapters and weekly design critiques.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, with a proven track record of shipping complex B2B SaaS products and contributing to design systems at scale.
- Deep expertise in design systems, including design tokens, component architecture, documentation, and micro-interactions.
- Exceptional collaboration and mentoring skills, with the ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency in both French and English required for communication with cross-functional partners.
- Strong craft fundamentals, creating elegant, structured interfaces with meticulous attention to detail and systems thinking.
- Excitement about building for a design-led company and taking ownership beyond immediate projects.
