Product Design Lead (Crypto)

Product Design Lead (Crypto): Leading product design execution and quality across mobile apps, web applications, marketing website, and hirify.global explorer with an accent on defining and maintaining high UX, visual, and interaction design standards. Focus on personally designing high-impact initiatives, improving onboarding, trading, and payments experiences, and simplifying complex crypto concepts into intuitive UX.

Location: Role based in our Paris office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week.

What you will do

• Lead product design execution and maintain high standards for UX, visual, and interaction design across consumer surfaces.
• Personally design high-impact initiatives and critical user journeys for mobile and web applications.
• Manage and mentor existing product designers, providing critiques and career development guidance.
• Establish scalable design processes and rituals, partnering with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing leadership.
• Evolve and enforce the design system across platforms, ensuring scalability and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Design for consumer products.
• 2–3+ years leading or managing designers.
• Direct crypto experience (required) covering wallets, exchanges, DeFi, explorer, or on-chain products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped consumer products.
• Expert in mobile and web UX patterns and comfortable working hands-on in Figma.
• Deep understanding of crypto UX challenges like self-custody, transactions, trading UX, and hirify.global data visualization.

• Experience designing crypto wallets or exchanges.
