What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, coordination, and feedback.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening using resume review, phone interviews, assessments, and behavioral interviews.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment advice.
• Propose and implement creative action plans for talent identification, including sourcing methods, events, and community management.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
• Source passive candidates and engage them through various channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced technology company.
• Comfortable recruiting for diverse positions across sales, customer experience, finance, and marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Proficient in English and native Italian or Spanish.
