Location: Hybrid, requiring at least four full days each week in the Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire office in the UK.

What you will do

• Prioritise product features for client value, technical, and operational feasibility.
• Define the data strategy for personalisation, collection methods, and analytics.
• Contribute to shaping a modular, scalable solution for evolving client needs and platform capabilities.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to validate business, client, and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
• Experience in digital financial services is ideal.
• Entrepreneurial, can-do attitude, comfortable managing ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience integrating digital solutions into intermediary platforms.
• English: B2 required.

• Familiarity with data science, martech (personalisation engines, marketing automation), or behavioural finance.
