TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Shaping the creation and delivery of a new B2B2C digital investment service with an accent on product vision, strategic direction, and high-velocity delivery through Agile practices. Focus on defining feasibility, value, and scalability, making sharp trade-offs, and coordinating across internal and external teams.

Location: Hybrid working arrangements, with at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office in Henley-on-Thames or London, UK.

What you will do

  • Prioritise product features to deliver client value, ensuring technical and operational feasibility.
  • Define the data strategy for personalisation, including collection methods and analytics.
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews) and maintain delivery cadence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and validate business, client, and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate validation sessions with end-users and manage release planning across teams and vendors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments, ideally within digital financial services.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial, can-do attitude and comfort managing ambiguity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience integrating digital solutions into intermediary platforms or environments.
  • Ability to define what’s feasible, valuable, and scalable, making sharp trade-offs.

Nice to have

  • Experience or familiarity with data science.
  • Familiarity with martech (e.g., personalisation engines, marketing automation).
  • Understanding of behavioural finance.
