What you will do

• Plan and execute creative digital campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer initiatives to drive awareness and engagement.
• Manage day-to-day brand marketing projects, keeping campaigns on track and on budget.
• Collaborate across teams, building strong relationships with Sales, Publishing, and Production colleagues.
• Build and nurture relationships with media partners, agencies, and influencers.
• Represent hirify.global at consumer and industry events.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Degree educated with 5–8 years of brand marketing experience, ideally in consumer-facing lifestyle, travel, or subscription brands.
• Experienced in integrated digital campaigns, including CRM, email, or loyalty programs.
• Skilled in working with agencies, media, and influencer partners to achieve measurable results.
• Hands-on with social media and digital advertising platforms, focused on the UK market.
• Strong in project management, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
