Looking for a hands-on Meta Ads pro to scale lead volume without sacrificing lead quality. You’ll own campaign launches + daily optimization, run a steady experimentation pipeline (audiences, creatives, copy, bidding), and work closely with CRO on landing page + funnel A/B tests. If you love turning data into clear actions and building repeatable growth systems (incl. automation), this one’s for you.
What you’ll do
Launch & optimize Meta campaigns for Lead Gen + UA
Improve CPL, CVR, and lead quality (not just volume)
Run 8+ A/B tests/month (creatives + landing pages)
Manage budgets, pacing, and scaling
Build/maintain automation: Meta Rules + Make.com / n8n (nice to have)
Success in 3 months
–15% CPL across campaigns
Scale to 100 published leads/day
Launch & scale Facebook Lead Forms
Improve funnel conversion rate +5% with CRO
You’re a fit if
4+ years in Meta performance marketing
Strong US market experience
Ideally PropTech; bonus: SaaS / marketplaces
