What you will do

  • Own and manage paid social channels end-to-end (LinkedIn & Meta), including planning, execution, and scaling.
  • Analyze performance using advanced analytics and BI tools to drive prioritization and decision-making.
  • Design and run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, and funnels to improve efficiency.
  • Partner with content, creative, product marketing, and sales teams to build ads and funnels.
  • Apply AI tools and automation to improve targeting, ad copy creation, and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate insights, learnings, and performance clearly to global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience managing paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Exceptionally strong analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Keen eye for detail and high standards for execution quality.
  • Self-starter mindset with extreme ownership.
  • Highly motivated and driven to exceed ambitious targets.
  • Fluent, professional English with strong written communication skills.
