What you will do
- Own email and lifecycle marketing from onboarding to win-back.
- Build and optimize funnels from download → trial → paid.
- Increase activation, trial usage, upgrades, and retention.
- Run growth experiments across emails, landing pages, and flows.
- Analyze user behavior and identify drop-off points.
- Create dashboards, weekly reports, and clear growth insights.
Requirements
- 2+ years of marketing experience in B2C product companies.
- Experience with product and funnel analytics (GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar).
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.
- Ability to track and optimize activation, trial usage, upgrades, and churn.
- Proven email and lifecycle marketing expertise with measurable revenue impact.
- Ability to segment users based on behavior, not assumptions.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with Google Search and/or Meta Ads and ability to run small paid tests and interpret results.
- Understanding of CAC, ROAS, and payback periods.
- SEO knowledge.
