What you will do
- Own and scale Meta Ads as a core acquisition channel.
- Manage and grow large monthly budgets ($1M+) with a focus on ROAS and LTV.
- Design and execute experimentation strategies across creatives, audiences, and funnels.
- Work on top of — and help evolve — our UA automation algorithm.
- Identify growth levers and translate insights into scalable systems.
- Collaborate closely with monetisation, analytics, and creative teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition with Meta Ads.
- Proven track record in subscription-based B2C products.
- Experience managing large paid social budgets ($1M+ / month).
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data.
- Solid understanding of web promotion for B2C digital products.
- English proficiency B1+ or higher
