What you will do

• Manage a group of talented backend and full-stack engineers responsible for developing and maintaining core functionality and critical product lines.
• Drive significant features from concept to deployment across the entire stack.
• Design, build, and maintain high-scale, production-ready systems for innovative products.
• Contribute to core architectural decisions.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• BA or BsC in computer science or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years in software development as a software developer (.NET/Java/NodeJS).
• Experience in leading teams as a hands-on manager, including managing at least 6 employees (Developers and QA) or leading significant projects.
• Mandatory experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, K8S) across multiple regions, as well as various SAAS and non-SAAS products.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases (SQL, Postgres).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, bug lifecycle, automation, and QA best practices.
