What you will do
- Design and execute multidisciplinary creative work for hirify.global’s brand across campaigns, artist partnerships, in-product moments, and brand activations.
- Create innovative, high-impact design, maintaining precision and consistency within hirify.global’s creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Support artist collaborations and partnerships, developing visuals and assets that authentically reflect both the artist’s voice and hirify.global’s identity.
- Contribute to product launches and in-product brand moments, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive visual experience.
- Translate ideas into polished, production-ready assets across digital, social, print, and motion formats.
- Iterate quickly and thoughtfully in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, embracing feedback to evolve ideas and elevate the work.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a graphic designer working across multiple disciplines (brand, marketing, digital, social, campaigns, content).
- A strong portfolio showcasing innovative thinking and executional excellence across a range of formats and platforms.
- Multidisciplinary designer with experience across brand, marketing, campaigns, content, and digital surfaces.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Collaborative and detail-oriented, with a high bar for craft and attention to detail across every execution.
- Passion for music, culture, artists, creative expression, and emerging technology.
Nice to have
- Motion design skills (After Effects, animated prototypes, etc.) are a strong bonus.
