What you will do

• Design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, Agentic AI, and complementary automation technologies.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture, including environment creation, infrastructure configuration, and CI/CD implementation.
• Implement strong observability practices, including monitoring, alerting, and dashboards.
• Define, implement, and oversee automation testing frameworks and governance standards to measure automation effectiveness.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by leading requirements discussions and presenting solution proposals.
• Champion best practices in solution design, security, scalability, and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering automation solutions, with a strong focus on UiPath and/or Power Automate.
• Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise automation architectures.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, C#, or similar languages.
• Deep expertise in APIs, integration patterns, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced RPA capabilities, including UiPath AI Center or Power Automate Copilot.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Agentic AI, conversational AI, or cognitive automation solutions.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
