What you will do
- Define and lead the creative direction and visual language for LTX across all touchpoints.
- Establish and evolve a cohesive brand identity that reflects innovation and creative freedom.
- Partner with product, research, and engineering teams to explore new design capabilities within the LTX-2 model.
- Stay hands-on by designing, prototyping, and iterating on visuals showcasing LTX's creative potential.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, setting standards for visual excellence.
- Collaborate with company leadership to align the creative vision with product strategy and brand growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience shaping visual identity and creative direction for digital brands or products.
- Deep fluency in design with impeccable taste and mastery of visual fundamentals.
- Ability to think systemically, building and evolving brand guidelines and design systems.
- Technical fluency and curiosity about the intersection of design, technology, and storytelling, especially with AI and generative design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern AI and 3D design tools.
- Must be based in New York City or open to relocating to New York City.
