What you will do

• Configure and customize the Salesforce platform including objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Utilize Salesforce automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder to streamline business processes.
• Manage data using tools like Data Loader and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their Salesforce needs.
• Apply problem-solving skills to address and resolve Salesforce-related issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows).
• Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory)

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of Apex and Lightning Components.
• Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder (preferred)
