Senior Transition Manager

Senior Transition Manager: Supporting the Transition Program Manager in delivering complex global transition programs with an accent on smooth execution of transition activities and alignment with transformation objectives. Location: Hybrid work model with a modern office in Katowice, Warszawa, Gdańsk, Lublin, Wrocław, Opole, Poznań, Kraków.

What you will do

• Lead assigned transition workstreams within multi-country and multi-tower programs.
• Contribute to program governance by ensuring compliance with methodologies and reporting standards.
• Deliver transition activities on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions and ramp-up activities for operational readiness.
• Identify risks and issues early, propose mitigation plans, and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare detailed progress reports for your workstreams and support overall program reporting.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Business Process Transitions and project management.
• Familiarity with transition and transformation models (Lift-and-Shift, BTO, TaaS).
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in international environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems or transition tools is an advantage.
