What you will do

• Define and maintain the Availability Management process aligned with ITIL standards.
• Monitor service availability against SLAs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain the Technology Capacity Plan and Forecast.
• Monitor resource utilization and predict future capacity requirements.
• Produce regular reports on availability and capacity metrics for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Availability, Capacity, Service Continuity).
• Experience with monitoring tools and performance analytics.
• Ability to forecast demand and plan infrastructure growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
