Location: Hybrid, based in Paris, France. Office attendance is encouraged at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Contribute to the design and implementation of backend features and APIs, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable user-facing features using modern frontend technologies like TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Learn to design efficient, secure, and scalable architectures under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Write clean, readable, and well-tested code, participating in code reviews to improve team standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and AI/data engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Tackle real-world engineering problems, from performance bottlenecks to integrating new AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proficient with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, or Golang.
• Solid understanding of core computer science and system architecture fundamentals.
• Experience building software projects through internships, personal projects, or university work.
• Enjoy solving problems, pay attention to detail, and care about building reliable systems.
• Communicate clearly, ask good questions, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure or interest in infrastructure topics (Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform).
• Exposure or interest in AI/ML engineering or working with LLMs and related tooling.
• Exposure or interest in observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• UX and product-centric thinking.
