What you will do
- Design and ship user-facing surfaces for the internal AI platform, including work hubs and agent builders.
- Own platform services and infrastructure, including internal APIs, background workers, and deployment pipelines.
- Build foundational frameworks for auth, integrations, and internal apps to empower other teams.
- Implement governance, cost controls, and observability to ensure platform reliability and efficiency.
- Optimize the codebase for both human developers and coding agents to ensure high productivity and fast feedback loops.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with a track record of shipping end-to-end products.
- Strong proficiency in React for frontend and Python or TypeScript/Node.js for backend services.
- Experience owning cloud-native infrastructure including Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
- Solid understanding of system design fundamentals, service boundaries, and API contracts.
- Platform mindset with a focus on developer experience and long-term code quality.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-native development tools like LangGraph or LangSmith.
- Familiarity with streaming infrastructure such as Kafka.
- Prior experience in platform engineering or building internal developer tools.
- Knowledge of observability tools like Datadog or OpenTelemetry.
