What you will do

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team of Backend, Frontend, Mobile, ML/AI engineers, and QA to own and evolve a shared product area.
• Understand the "why" behind what you're building, challenge assumptions, and proactively identify opportunities to create better outcomes.
• Discuss trade-offs with product managers, explain technical constraints to business stakeholders, and collaborate with frontend and mobile engineers to design end-to-end solutions.
• Take ownership of code and outcomes, improving team processes, and mentoring colleagues.
• Ensure quality through automated testing, thorough code reviews, and security best practices.
