What you will do
- Partner closely with Sales to evaluate the full inbound revenue funnel.
- Support Marketing leadership in designing scalable inbound strategies for the GCR market.
- Build and manage goal-setting and performance measurement across all inbound marketing channels.
- Plan, organize, and report on alignment and review cadences between Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams.
- Develop persona-based activation strategies for Strategic, Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments.
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of marketing automation tools for the GCR market.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or revenue/pipeline-focused roles.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability.
- Excellent analytical skills, able to interpret data and extract insights.
- Familiarity with mobile apps, SaaS, and marketing technologies.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Must be located in Beijing, China.

- Field marketing experience.
- Experience working with agencies, freelancers, and external vendors.
