What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end execution of new advertiser onboarding including campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
• Translate client marketing objectives into actionable campaign strategies to drive key performance indicators.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and resolve configuration issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders through consistent communication and proactive support.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Growth, and Data Science teams to share feedback and improve tool capabilities.
• Prepare performance debriefs and documentation for seamless handovers to long-term account growth managers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in mobile advertising, ad tech, or client-facing technical account management.
• Hands-on experience with DSPs or performance-based ad platforms.
• Comfort working with data analysis, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
• Fluency in English and native level Chinese (Mandarin) required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
