Motion Designer

TL;DR

Motion Designer: Creating forward-thinking motion designs and edits for videos, integrating them across multiple geographies. Focus on building a video asset library, managing voice-over actors, and ensuring correct versioning for the localisation team.

Salary: PLN11,900 - PLN18,700 gross monthly (Krakow, Poland)

What you will do

• Deliver creative, forward-thinking motion designs.
• Create end cards and other designs to be integrated into videos.
• Make edits to new videos or existing footage.
• Build out a video asset library and guidelines.
• Work with the Localisation team to ensure correct versioning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer.
• The ability to work on creatives across multiple geographies and versions simultaneously.
• Experience with common editing software, and solid video editing skills.
• Basic audio editing skills.
• Knowledge of common file formats for video and sound editing.
• Knowledge of Figma and Excel/Sheets
• Experience with Adobe suite (After Effects, Premiere, etc.).

Nice to have

• Experience working with Celtra, Ad.lib, or another creative management platforms
• Colour-grading skills
