Junior Motion Designer (AI)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; hybrid and onsite work at the employer's location

What you will do

• Create motion graphics, animations, and video ads for paid social channels and advertising networks.
• Develop and refine visual concepts with Creative Producers, Designers, and Motion Designers.
• Adapt and export creative assets to meet different ad network requirements and production workflows.
• Turn static designs into engaging animated content.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field; personal, freelance, and educational projects are accepted.
• Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of timing, composition, typography, visual hierarchy, and other animation and design principles.
• Attention to detail, ability to work with feedback, and a portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion design skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools for graphics, video, voiceover, or music.
• Familiarity with Figma.
