Motion Designer (Localization)

Location: Fully remote from Armenia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Serbia, or Poland

What you will do

• Adapt high-impact video creatives for global markets, including LATAM, EMEA, and SEA.
• Collaborate with the Localization Marketing team to maintain brand identity and improve local relevance.
• Use AI tools for video generation, enhancement, ideation, dubbing, lip-syncing, and localized asset creation.
• Experiment with new effects, tools, and workflows to improve ad-production efficiency.
• Analyze ad performance and iterate on creative concepts and modular campaign elements.
• Move between squads and develop expertise across different campaign types in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in motion design or video production.
• Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro, including efficient project structures for rapid localization.
• Strong understanding of typography and layout across different languages.
• Experience using AI tools for creative production and attention to foreign-language scripts.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and Figma.
• Strong self-organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven localization workflows, including voice cloning, automated subtitling, image-to-image localization, lip-sync, and dubbing.
• Ability to identify emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals.
• Understanding of creative performance metrics and data-informed iteration.
