What you will do

• Adapt high-impact video creatives for LATAM, EMEA, SEA, and other global markets.
• Collaborate with localization marketing specialists to preserve brand identity while increasing local relevance.
• Use AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, Sora, Kling, and Veo for video generation, enhancement, and ideation.
• Create localized assets using ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Sync.so, and similar tools for dubbing and lip-syncing.
• Analyze ad performance and iterate on creative concepts, hooks, effects, and production workflows.
• Work across agile squads and campaign types to improve production efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in motion design or video production.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, including efficient project structures for rapid localization.
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, pacing, and multilingual layout.
• Experience using AI tools for image or video generation, voiceover, animation, or editing automation.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and ability to create visuals that communicate marketing messages clearly.
• Strong attention to detail, self-organization, time management, and basic Figma skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven localization, voice cloning, automated subtitling, AI lip-sync, or dubbing.
• Ability to identify emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals.
• Understanding of creative performance metrics and data-informed iteration.
