What you will do

  • Plan and execute intermediate localization workflows, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage Translation Memory (TM) setup and optimize localization tools for efficiency.
  • Develop basic scripts to automate routine localization tasks.
  • Conduct thorough QA checks for linguistic and functional accuracy of localized products.
  • Monitor localization quality metrics and troubleshoot moderately complex technical issues.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and collaborate with senior engineers on projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus 1+ year work experience in a technical or engineering role.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical, project management, or IT/support roles.
  • Proficiency in localization tools like Trados, Passolo, Memsource/Phrase, XTM Cloud, or Memoq.
  • Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to self-manage capacity and utilization to ensure greater than 90% on-time delivery.
