What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of localization production and testing for products and web pages.
• Create test plans and cases for sanity, linguistic, and regression testing to ensure high-quality localized products.
• Utilize ticketing tools like Asana, Workfront, and JIRA to track and manage linguistic issues.
• Collaborate with content writers and UI/UX engineers to ensure source content is localization-friendly and resolve technical issues like hard-coded strings.
• Perform linguistic updates directly within the Translation Management System (TMS).

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-country localization tester experience
• Native-speaker fluency in a target language (Spanish preferred)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Restful APIs, and Web apps.
• Experience with Translation Management Systems, specifically Smartling.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.
• Familiarity with iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows products.
