TL;DR

Tech Lead Frontend Software Engineer (Web3): Overseeing a team of software engineers and ensuring the pace and quality of their technical deliveries for the Explore team. Focus on mentoring, facilitating, and conducting regular one-on-ones with team members, ensuring they are challenged and improving their skills.

Location: Remote – Brazil, this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

What you will do

Develop parts of the features, often in pair programming.
Account for systems reliability and monitoring, fostering ownership in the team and keeping the team's SLOs under budget.
Manage technical debts and engineering backlog.
Set up experiments to test improvements.
Ensure successful deliveries and promote the long-term technical health of our journeys.
Help the engineering team grow on their career.

Requirements

Experience in mobile development.
Experience working with modern agile product development teams.
Versed in working with TypeScript.
Experience with React Native.
Familiar with working with BFF.
Can articulate ideas clearly when speaking to groups in English.

Nice to have

Experience with the React ecosystem.
Experience with GraphQL.
Experience with Firebase ecosystem (Custom events, remote configs, Crashlytics).
Experience with Design System and common UX patterns.
Experience with accessibility (mobile).
