What you will do

• Deliver high-quality experiences for thousands of customers to improve retention and subscription LTV.
• Develop and optimize the churn prevention product, including dunning retries and cancellation flows.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to create a world-class seller experience.
• Develop new functionality for pricing, billing, and growth tools.
• Contribute to the design of a stable, scalable platform to support growth.
• Help shape front-end engineering best practices and the wider engineering culture.

Requirements

• Technical proficiency in TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience implementing high-performing frontend applications in agile product teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with product designers during ideation.
• Strong understanding of API principles and best practices.
• Keen eye for UX/DX and a customer-focused approach to delivery.
• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, or Portugal.
