What you will do

• Architect and build the integration layer for hirify.global and gym management systems globally.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve critical services, focusing on performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead and Product Manager on feasibility assessment, user story assignments, and technical debt prioritization.
• Account for systems reliability, scalability, SLA, and SLO.
• Mentor team members, facilitating one-on-ones and ensuring their skills improvement.
• Take part in incident resolution and troubleshooting in production.

Requirements

• Experience in architecting large-scale multi-tier web applications and modern web applications with Cloud-based architectures (AWS/GCP).
• Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful web services.
• Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
• Extensive experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ); prior experience in async processing using Kafka is mandatory.
• Versed in DDD, SOLID, Design Patterns, distributed systems, and microservice architecture.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB).
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Java, Ruby, Go, C++); Kotlin is a plus.
• English: ability to articulate ideas clearly when speaking to groups is required.

• Experience with Firebase ecosystem.
• Experience with other component-driven libraries/frameworks and Hybrid Native approach.
• Experience with Design System and common UX patterns.
• Experience with Typescript/ReactJS/React Native ecosystem.
