TL;DR

Mid-Level Backend Software Engineer (AI): Designing, developing, and implementing generative AI-based applications and APIs with an accent on secure, scalable, and performant systems. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless data integration for high-scalable, distributed projects.

Location: Remote – Brazil only

What you will do

Design, develop, and implement generative AI-based applications.
Collaborate with data engineers for seamless data pipeline integration.
Design, develop, and ensure secure, scalable, and performant APIs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python, Kotlin, or Golang.
Strong experience with AWS, including serverless architecture (Lambda).
Experience with SQL/NoSQL technologies (e.g., OpenSearch, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL).
Experience with API development, integration, and monitoring.
Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, SQS) and monitoring systems (Grafana).
Mandatory: Experience with Kotlin, Golang, or Java, microservices, and distributed systems.
Must be based in Brazil.
