Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (3 days/week at the office, Monday mandatory)

What you will do

• Build and operate efficient, high cohesion, low coupling services.
• Ensure security and privacy by design in service development.
• Support business growth through robust backend solutions.
• Work in an agile "build it and run it" environment, owning your product.
• Collaborate with squad members and Staff Engineer, sharing knowledge within the Backend Chapter.
• Contribute to the modernization of hirify.global's technical stack towards a distributed and service-oriented architecture.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Backend Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Celery, Django) and/or Golang.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, BigQuery.
• Familiarity with GCP, Kubernetes (GKE), Docker, Datadog, ArgoCD, CircleCI, Github.
• Experience with distributed and service-oriented architectures.
• English: C1+ required for international team communication.
