What you will do

• Lead iOS, Android, and web applications development.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate tasks across different teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report on status.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, preferably in a service/outsourcing environment.
• Strong understanding and ability to combine traditional (Waterfall) and flexible (Agile) project management approaches.
• Proven experience in mobile (native and cross-platform solutions) and web development projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects within fixed scope, budget, and time constraints.
• Proficiency in using project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, Notion, etc.).
• Confident English level (Upper-Intermediate or higher), able to lead calls and maintain clear communication with international clients.

• Experience with project discovery and pre-sale phases.
• Experience working with international clients across time zones and cultures.
